The Mushroom was done while sitting down in a pub on a Sunday afternoon, having a beer with my good friend Eric Prebende.

All frames were drawn directly in a single sheet of paper, and later scanned, cut, repositioned and timed in PAP, inspired by Fran Krause's great sketchbook animation technique, as seen in Cartoon Brew
